Information About The Role
This is a generalist HR role as an Assistant HR Business Partner for CTPSE and SEROCU. We are seeking an experienced HR professional for this six-month secondment for what is a busy and rewarding role.
This role works closely with line managers at all levels, giving strategic and tactical advice. The role spans the whole employee lifecycle and, thus, you will be supporting employees and managers on a broad range of people topics, including employment relations, organisational design, workforce planning, and business change. You will work in partnership with the five-force collaboration, including the respective HR counterparts within those forces.
You will be a confident communicator, who is comfortable working autonomously, and with a track record in delivering people-focused solutions. This is a pressured role so you will also be adept at working to deadlines on a range of complex people matters simultaneously. As such, a CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is considered essential for the role.
