The salary is broken down as £42,232 basic salary, which will increase annually until you reach the top of the scale £ 50,385. Plus, a location allowance of £1,841 and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000. Location : West Brompton Job Summary The Director of Resources (DoR) has responsibility for a wide range of national and local counter terrorism (CT) functions that spans the National CT Policing (CTP) Network, the MPS and Specialist Operations (SO). They have direct management of a number of national CT functions (known as CTPHQ Pillars) including Strategic Finance, Human Resources, Compliance and Assurance, Commercial, and Local Support Services. They have responsibility for over 200 personnel in CT Policing Headquarters and report to the Director General for CTP and ACSO.
