Counted is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the Worcester site finance function. You will own the site P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and work closely with operations to drive cost control and productivity improvements.
You will mentor the finance team, deliver monthly management accounts with variance analysis, guide budgeting/forecasting, and partner with site leadership to support strategy and governance.
