This is a varied, hands-on Senior Management Accountant Role which involves: Aiding in the production of monthly management accounts, Assisting with reviewing ledgers and cleansing them for transition to the new ERP system, Supporting finance department leaders with quality information and transactional processes. Supporting management reporting with: Preparing monthly operational estimates Balance sheet reconciliations including prepayments, provisions and accruals. Monthly P&L review for operations including cross-charges. Preparing full set of accurate management accounts and circulation to Management Preparing group sales reports for Management team Monthly and yearly environmental reporting Supporting external reporting: Preparation of schedules for audit tests of stock, sales, and debtors Month end closure process for sales, debtors, stock & general Ledgers Advise on cash allocation / ledger reconciliation when required. Prepare & post journal entries. Review accruals and prepayments Assisting colleagues in the purchase ledger Assisting colleagues with cash management Supporting the Finance Assistants Location / Office / Culture The role offers flexible hours with their head office based in Coventry.
