An exceptional opportunity for a commercial lead to join on a day rate contract basis, with a daily rate of £400 - £550 (dependent on experience). This initial contract is for 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension or a permanent position for the right individual. This role is based in Droitwich within a well-established Outsourcing business.

Main Duties
- Directing Business and Financial Analysis: Leading the team in analysing business processes and financial models to enhance business performance and guide both short-term and long-term decision-making.
- Leading Reporting Systems Development: Spearheading the strategic design, management, and delivery of reporting systems to evaluate business improvement programmes in line with the strategic plan.
- Overseeing System and Process Improvement: Leading the implementation of system and process developments, including the assessment and prioritisation of improvements to ensure financial management systems are well-understood and organisational objectives are achieved.
- Providing Financial Management Guidance: Offering clear guidance, advice, and support on financial management to ensure compliance with company policy, legal requirements, and best practice, thereby driving strong financial results.
- Reporting to Senior Stakeholders: Presenting relevant financial information to Senior Management, Trustees, and other key stakeholders to support critical decision-making related to business planning and the ongoing financial health of the business.
- Cultivating Stakeholder Relationships: Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient service delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and secure appropriate funding.
- Leading People Management: Managing the recruitment, performance management, and professional development of skilled personnel to ensure the availability of qualified staff to meet individual and team goals, aligned with key performance indicators and strategies.
- Contributing to Strategic Initiatives: Participating in special programmes and projects that align with the Group's values and strategic objectives.

What We Are Looking For
- A relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Proven experience of managing a financial services function in a large, complex organisation.
- A proven track record of demonstrating commercial acumen and achieving results.
- Working knowledge of financial regulations and good practice principles.
