Main
Duties: As a Commercial Finance Manager, your main duties include: Oversee the preparation of business insights and the delivery of strategic advice to key customers and stakeholders, facilitating effective monitoring, informed decision-making, business planning, and sound financial management.
Establish and maintain precise and comprehensive financial records, control systems, and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory obligations, alongside efficient process management.
Support the assessment, enhancement, implementation, and supervision of systems to uphold a strong control environment, protecting the organisation s interests.
Cultivate and sustain productive relationships with key stakeholders, addressing concerns and resolving shortcomings to uphold excellent customer service standards.
Lead the recruitment, performance evaluation, and development of skilled staff, fostering strong teams capable of delivering results aligned with business objectives and individual responsibilities.
Provide contributions, where relevant, to special projects and change initiatives that advance the Group’s goals.
Location / Office / Culture This role offers a hybrid split with 2/3 days in their offices in Worcester and the remaining days at home, you will be working within a great team.
