We’re recruiting for a commercially focused Finance Business Partner / FP&A Manager to join a growing logistics business based in Bromsgrove. This is a high-impact role supporting senior stakeholders with forecasting, performance analysis and strategic decision-making, offering super-flexible working with just two days per week in the office. The role is a true mix between business partnering and FP&A.
Main Duties:
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning cycles.
- Oversee weekly and monthly cashflow forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Analyse financial performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure financial plans align with overall objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, systems, and reporting to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Produce and present regular financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual outputs.
- Support the development of longer-term financial strategy and planning initiatives.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required in line with the scope of the role.
Location / Office / Culture

What We Are Looking For
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within financial planning and analysis.
- Degree educated in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
- Strong systems capability, with advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g. SAP, Sage) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
