Main Duties:
- Purchase Ledger
- Processing purchase invoices and matching them against goods received notes
- Setting up and running supplier payment runs
- Reconciling supplier statements and investigating any discrepancies
- Producing and reviewing month-end purchase ledger reports
- Sales Ledger
- Raising and processing sales invoices accurately and on time
- Managing credit control and chasing outstanding balances
- Preparing month-end sales ledger reporting
- Banking
- Posting and reconciling bank payments and receipts across multiple currencies
- Completing month-end bank reconciliations, including foreign currency revaluations
