About the Business A great opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Redditch as a Part-Time Management Accountant . This is a privately owned, close-knit SME with a friendly, supportive team, where you’ll work closely with both the Managing Director and the Fractional Finance Director . This is a hands-on role with genuine flexibility around hours to suit the right person. Main Duties: As Part-Time Management Accountant , your main duties include: Taking ownership of preparing accurate, timely monthly management accounts, including full P L and balance sheet reporting Completing balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments Managing intercompany reconciliations across the wider group Calculating work-in-progress and producing job and margin analysis Investigating variances against budget and prior periods, flagging and explaining any unusual movements Delivering clear, meaningful analysis and supporting information to the Finance Director and Managing Director Continually improving the accuracy, consistency and usefulness of the monthly reporting pack Working closely with the operational team to strengthen job costing, labour and material cost tracking within the ER...
