About Us: We are a fast-growing team on a mission to reimagine the analytical workflow and make data accessible to all. The Count canvas combines the power of a data notebook with the collaborative workflow of digital whiteboards, often referred to as the “Figma for data.” Since our launch in September 2022, over 28,000 canvases have been created, with notable European startups like Cleo, BeautyPie, TooGoodToGo, and Omnipresent as our customers.
What you’ll do: As one of Count’s first data consultants, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our clients' success with Count and their wider data strategies. Your responsibilities include:
- Onboarding and Implementation: Guide new customers through product setup, data integration, and configuration to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Customer Support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Product Training and Adoption: Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops to maximize product adoption and value.
- Customer Feedback and Advocacy: Collect and analyze feedback, advocate for customer needs, and suggest product improvements.
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Have 3+ years of analytical experience, particularly with SQL (Python is a bonus).
- Have customer-facing experience in support, success, consulting, or training roles.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
