About the Role
This is a key role at the heart of our counselling service. As Counselling Services Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our services — supporting clients, coordinating appointments, and providing high-quality administrative support to our counselling team. You will often be the first point of contact for clients, so your ability to communicate warmly, sensitively and professionally is essential. Your work will directly support people to access the help they need.
