We are a group of dedicated therapists committed to improving the therapeutic process, beginning with establishing the best client-counselor fit. Our offices allow for in-person or virtual visits based on client need and counselor-defined availability. We work together to develop caseloads in each counselor’s chosen specialties to make healthier matches between the client and therapist. We put the client’s success first in everything we do by focusing on collaboration, not competition.

Requirements:
  • Master’s Degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, etc
  • Fully licensed in Utah (not limited or certified) e.g. LCSW, CCMHC, LP, etc
  • 1+ years post (full) licensure experience
  • 5+ years of overall counseling experience
  • Tech Savvy
  • Excellent case management skills (including notes and scheduling)
  • Pass a background check
  • Work as a 1099 contractor
  • Have and maintain professional liability insurance
Preferred:
  • Current insurance credentials (paneling)
  • Experience using EMR systems
  • Willing to work at least one night or Saturday per week
  • Willing to work out of more than one office

COVID-19 considerations: We also offer tele-health appointments. In-person appointments require the counselor and client to wear a face mask until immunized.
