As Kitchen Team Leader at Coundon Hotel, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the manager of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

What I’ll be Doing
- Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food of proud quality.
- Be driven to smash targets with your team.
- Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
- Master the art of working with a branded menu.
- Oversee that the team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
