A job opportunity has arisen for a Casual Assistant Residential/Community Care to join the award winning team who provide care and support to residents living at Park House residential home and to those living in the community.

You will be responsible for supporting older adults to live dignified and meaningful lives ensuring they are assisted to achieve the outcomes set out in their personalised care plan. You will work in accordance with Care Quality Commission standards and Health and Safety regulations to ensure that a high level of care is delivered.
