Director of Qualifications We are looking to appoint a Director of Qualifications to join the senior leadership team, providing inspirational leadership and contributing to the achievement of CCEA’s vision, mission and strategies.  Drawing on your experience, you will develop and implement CCEA’s qualifications strategies to enhance learning recognition and opportunities for all learners. You will also lead on the development of new arrangements for qualifications, including digital change programmes and modernisation programmes in qualifications. Job Description As Director of Qualifications you will be part of the Executive Team, ensuring education provision reflects the needs of individual learners, the community and the Northern Ireland economy. Key Responsibilities: Enable the Council to fulfil its statutory responsibilities to conduct relevant examinations. Contribute to and support a positive leadership culture which underpins CCEA’s core values and the strategic and operational management of the organisation. Progress the cultural and organisational change necessary to transform how CCEA delivers its business. Ensure CCEA’s qualifications meet the wider educational needs of our learners and deliver the objectives of ministerial policy and wider society in Northern Ireland.
