Our client, a globally recognised leader in technical and logistical solutions, is seeking a Technical Brand Manager to join their team in Huntingdonshire. Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll take ownership of a designated product range, ensuring it remains competitive, relevant, and valuable to both the business and its clients. Your role will involve strategic product management, staying ahead of industry trends, and delivering exceptional customer service to support client success.
Key tasks:
- Ensure product documentation, including the website and product specifications, is kept up to date.
- Provide alternative product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Monitor stock levels to align with business forecasts.
- Support the business with technical and sales assistance by developing and delivering training plans for the Sales team.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote the product range.
- Maintain supplier pricing in Sage.
