To keep up with our continued growth and expansion within our commercial division we are now looking to appoint a Senior Recruitment Consultant for our Head Office in Peterborough to support our existing client base whilst expanding into new business ventures, building relationships with Commercial businesses around the UK with the aim to help them recruit specialist staff into their teams.

We are a privately owned and independent recruitment consultancy that provides both Temporary & Permanent recruitment throughout the UK and continually re-invest into the business and our staff.

Job specification:

  • You will be working alongside a close-knit team of dedicated commercial recruiters
  • Full training is provided in-house, helping you build the skills to master a new industry
  • You will build manage the recruitment cycle from initial interview through to hire
  • Build strong rapport with clients and candidates, strengthening existing relationships whilst also showing tenacity to bring on new accounts
  • Throughout the year you will be expected to carry out client meetings to help strengthen existing relationships
  • Engage with candidates daily, using a variety of sourcing tools to highlight, select and interview relevant candidates for client vacancies

Person specification:

  • An excellent relationship builder with the ability to influence
  • Must have the ability to work well on your own and as part of a dedicated, lively team
  • Need to be tenacious with the confidence to develop and win new business
  • Be keen to learn a new industry and show willingness to develop in role
  • Must have own car (for client visits)

This is a full time permanent position working Monday – Thursday, 9am-5pm, Friday – 9am -4pm.
