Coulter Elite Resourcing are looking to recruit for a Telesales Executive to join our client\’s incredibly well established sales Team.Our client specialises in providing tailored solutions to businesses across a wide range of sectors. As a Telemarketing Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our prospective clients. Your role is crucial in generating new business opportunities and setting the stage for our clients sales team to deliver expert insurance advice. You’ll play a key role in driving growth by identifying businesses that can benefit from our services and ensuring they’re connected with the right people in our team. As a telesales executive you will be required to; * Make outbound calls to business prospects to introduce our clients services. * Qualifying leads and booking appointments for our clients sales consultants. * Following up on marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries. * Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. * Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies. * Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly performance targets. The ideal candidate would possess; * Excellent communication skills – confident, clear, and persuasive over the phone. * Resilience and drive – comfortable working towards targets and handling objections. * Strong organisation – able to manage call lists, follow-ups, and CRM updates efficiently. * Team player – works well with others and contributes to a positive team culture. * Adaptability – able to adjust messaging and approach based on client needs and feedback. * No prior experience is necessary – we’re looking for people with the right attitude and a willingness to learn. * Confidence in speaking with people over the phone and a friendly, professional manner. * Good organisational skills and attention to detail. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and a willingness to learn CRM systems. * GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are desirable.
