Our client, a well-established business based in Cambridgeshire is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to join an established team where you will play an important role in the Sales Team. We are actively shortlisting candidates for this role, apply early.
Key responsibilities for the Sales Administrator role:
- Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Accurately load quotations onto Sage for the Business Development Team
- Communicate lead times and stock levels on request
- Work closely with both the Customer Service and Business Development Teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Manage the Sales Inbox and distribute emails to the relevant team / Team member
- Act as phone cover for holidays and lunches if required
- Liaise with Procurement and Product Management in the procurement and setup of new items
Skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Have an organised approach to workload, have an excellent understanding of prioritising certain tasks when required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills. Use of Sage, Outlook, Microsoft Excel
