Our client, a well-established business based on the outskirts of Peterborough, is looking to recruit a Full Time or Part Time HR Admin Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

We are looking for a FULL OR PART TIME HR ADMIN ASSISTANT who has the following:
HR Administration Support
- Assist with employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, offboarding, contract preparation)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
- Support recruitment processes (scheduling interviews, managing applications, drafting job adverts)
- Assist with absence tracking and maintaining HR documentation
- Provide first-line support for basic HR queries, escalating where appropriate
General Administration
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Head of HR & Operations
- Manage emails, calendars, and meeting coordination
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
- Maintain organised filing systems (digital and physical)
- Support internal communications and coordination across teams
