Our client, a well-established business based on the outskirts of Peterborough, is looking to recruit two Business Development Executives to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities for the Business Development Executive role:

  • Make calls/connections to both new and existing clients (using digital & in person opportunities).
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and maintain client relationships.
  • Maintain a customer database using our CRM.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Understand existing client needs and align them with our products/services for growth.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and sustain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns.

New Business Acquisitions:

  • Actively generate and qualify warm leads.
  • Identify prospects within the industry.

Collaboration:

  • Work with colleagues to leverage their experience and industry knowledge.
  • Attend networking opportunities, including conferences and events.
  • Client visits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies (media support/video content/Digital campaigns).
