Customer Service Advisor – Leicester – up to £31,000

Work alongside major brands and fast-track your career in HR Consulting – no prior HR experience required. We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused individual with a keen interest in employment law to join one of the UK’s leading consultancies.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 : 30am – 5pm

Starting at £27,000, you’ll have the opportunity to earn an extra £2,000 after 6 months and another £2,000 after 12 months service, taking your salary to £31,000 .

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver face-to-face and virtual appointments to understand and resolve client documentation issues
• Provide expert guidance on HR and Legal enquiries via video call, phone, and email
• Draft and review legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
• Ensure all clients receive an efficient, professional, and proactive service

Ideal Candidate Will Have

• A proactive and creative approach to problem solving
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and confidence when working under pressure
• Previous customer service experience (face-to-face or telephone, B2B preferred)
• A willingness to learn, research and interpret Employment Law
