Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a well-established B2B consultancy. This is an excellent position for an experienced and motivated HR professional looking for the next step in their career.

Working as part of the HR consultancy team, you will provide a comprehensive range of ER and HR support to clients. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels, along with the ability to understand and adapt to the changing needs of the service and clients are essential.

We are looking for a HR Business Partner who is:

  • A confident, approachable manner and strong communication skills across all levels.
  • Extensive HR operational and employment law experience, with the ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
  • Proven ability to prioritise, plan and make effective decisions while managing tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, pragmatic, and commercial approach to HR consultancy for SME clients.
  • Solid experience advising on ER matters: disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, redundancy, TUPE, and more.
  • The ability to build trusted, collaborative relationships while aligning HR solutions with clients' business goals.
