Our client is seeking HR Advisors to join their team in Hinckley, Leicestershire. This role is ideal for Operations and Retail Managers looking to transition into HR or expand their HR expertise.

As an HR Advisor, your tasks include:
- Managing a caseload of various ER issues, from general queries to complex ER cases, including document reviews
- Providing tailored employment law and ER advice to clients, particularly in retail, operations, and service-focused industries
