Lead high-profile projects across the UK. Our client, a well-established architectural practice with a diverse range of projects, is seeking an enthusiastic Architectural Technologist. You will be responsible for leading projects, so a full understanding of RIBA Stages is a must.
Requirements:

- Access to a vehicle
Reporting to the Technical Manager and MD, you will be responsible for a variety of projects in the residential, commercial, and hi-tech sectors, with projects of a construction value up to £10m. This exciting opportunity involves working within the wider team and a group of talented individuals.
As an Architectural Technologist, your tasks include:
- Assisting with planning applications
- Measured building surveys
- Preparing building regulation packages and working drawing packages
- Ensuring compliance with QA procedures
- Liaising with client bodies, statutory authorities, design teams and manufacturers
