We’re recruiting an experienced MIG/TIG Welder for a market-leading manufacturer of special-purpose food machinery based in Gamlingay. This is a permanent, full-time MIG/TIG Welding role offering competitive pay, overtime, and excellent job security.
As a MIG/TIG Welder, you will work on stainless steel fabrication (1.0mm–12mm), including pipework and purge welding, using MIG/TIG welding processes daily. This role requires the ability to read engineering drawings, work to tight tolerances, and operate fabrication and sheet-metal machinery.
Key Responsibilities:- TIG welding on stainless steel components
- Pipework and purge welding
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- General fabrication work
- Using sheet-metal and fabrication machinery
- Proven MIG/TIG Welder experience
- Strong stainless steel welding background
- Ability to work with 1.0mm–12mm thickness
- Understanding of tolerances and bend allowances

- Salary up to £20p/h
