We are looking for a talented and proactive CAD Manager to take a leading role in the production and coordination of MEP designs across a wide range of projects. You’ll ensure drawings, models, and design information meet the highest technical and quality standards, working closely with engineers across multiple offices to deliver coordinated, accurate, and timely outputs that supports the success of every project.

Key responsibilities
- Produce coordinated 2D MEP drawings to construction level, translating engineer mark-ups and briefs into accurate CAD output
- Manage drawings, models and documentation in line with project and company standards
- Ensure coordination across MEP, architectural and structural disciplines
- Liaise with engineers to manage deadlines and incoming CAD requests, allocating workload across teams
- Provide hands-on CAD production while mentoring and supporting junior technicians
- Contribute to design meetings and technical discussions to support project delivery
- Maintain QA and BIM processes in line with UK regulations and industry standards
- Oversee document control, drawing issue sheets and digital file management
