We are looking for a dedicated Sessional Accountancy and Pensions Assessor to ensure continuity and quality of delivery for our Accountancy apprenticeship programmes.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver engaging and effective teaching of accountancy and finance-related apprenticeship standards and AAT qualifications.
- Teach apprentices through a mix of on-campus sessions, online learning, and workplace-based delivery.
- Provide tailored support and coaching to prepare learners for gateway and end-point assessment.
- Enable apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to successfully achieve their apprenticeship standard.
What we’re looking for:
- A recognised accountancy qualification (AAT Level 4 or above, ACCA, CIMA).
- Experience delivering accountancy or finance training, ideally within apprenticeships.
- Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to engage learners and employers.
