Croydon College Group in London is seeking an experienced Senior DSL to lead safeguarding, wellbeing and Prevent across its campuses. You will ensure best practice, policy compliance and high-quality safeguarding culture within the college group.
You will report to the Executive Director of Student Services, lead complex cases, drive continuous improvement and build strong partnerships with local authorities and safeguarding partners to safeguard learners across Croydon and Coulsdon campuses.
