In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects that enhance a SaaS platform designed for the financial industry. You will play a key role in connecting business requirements with technical solutions while managing projects from start to finish to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines, and track budgets.
  • Oversee project milestones and provide clear progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary bridge between business teams, developers, and other key contacts.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.

About You:

We're looking for an organised, analytical professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager, ideally within finance, fintech, or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets; ETF knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, and process modelling tools.
