At COUCH, we believe in using creativity, community, and conversation to make health and wellness more human. We are now looking for a talented and ambitious graduate to join our team in Manchester as a Content Creator. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your career in creative content, working across three unique and purpose-driven brands.
You do not need previous agency or in-house experience — what matters most is your creativity, technical skills, enthusiasm, and a portfolio that demonstrates your potential. This could be from university work, personal projects, TikTok/Instagram content, freelance work, or anything else that showcases what you can do.
In this role, you’ll play an important part in developing engaging content for COUCH, Superfood Market, and ArtGallery.co.uk. You’ll contribute ideas, plan and film content, edit to a high standard, and help bring each brand’s personality and mission to life across social media and digital channels. From thought-leadership style content aligned to COUCH’s health engagement mission, to product-focused and trend-driven content for Superfood Market, to creative storytelling and artist-spotlight pieces for ArtGallery.co.uk — no two weeks will look the same. You’ll also support with podcast-style filming, studio shoots, and on-the-ground content moments such as vox pops.
As well as creating, you’ll keep an eye on what’s happening across platforms and culture, helping us spot relevant trends and react quickly with smart, brand-appropriate content ideas. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and creative colleagues, contribute to content planning, and play a part in reviewing performance and shaping future approaches based on insight.
To thrive, you’ll bring curiosity, initiative, and confidence in your creative thinking. You’re someone who has an instinct for what makes content work, enjoys experimenting with formats and ideas, and takes pride in producing polished output. You’ll be organised, proactive, and eager to learn — and in return, you’ll receive support, guidance, and the space to develop your skills and your voice.
This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Manchester city centre office, home to our new purpose-built podcast studio and collaborative creative space. You will be joining a team that values creativity, mission-driven work, autonomy, and supportive growth.
To apply, please send your CV or a piece of content (or portfolio link) that demonstrates your capabilities to careers@superfood-market.com. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview at our Manchester office, and the final stage will include a live critique of content.
Please note: applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, as we are unable to sponsor visas for this role. We do not accept speculative calls or applications from recruitment agencies.
