Cou Cou is a female founded, purpose-driven, impact brand, redefining intimate‑essentials for a new generation of women by bridging the gap between our lingerie and underwear drawer. Our mission is to reclaim the narrative of our intimates, celebrate our embodied female experience, everyday & reduce the environmental impact of our most disposed‑of garments.

We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded Ecommerce Manager to play a key role in the next phase of our growth journey. You’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day ecommerce trading, site performance, and execution across our Shopify store, while working cross‑functionally with Operations, Marketing, Product and Creative to deliver a best‑in‑class online experience. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, scaling brand environment and is confident balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ecommerce Trading & Performance
    • Own day‑to‑day trading of the Shopify site, ensuring optimal performance across product, pricing, inventory, and content.
    • Monitor and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (revenue, conversion, AOV, traffic, retention), proactively identifying opportunities for growth and optimisation.
    • Plan, execute, and optimise promotional activity including sitewide campaigns, discounting, free shipping, and gifting strategies.
    • Support with trading plans in line with business targets and seasonal priorities.
  • Site Management & Merchandising
    • Manage product launches end‑to‑end, ensuring all product data, imagery, pricing, and merchandising are accurate, optimised, and delivered on time.
    • Lead on‑site visual merchandising, homepage updates, and collection curation to maximise engagement and conversion.
    • Maintain consistent brand presentation across PDPs, PLPs, landing pages, and site content.
    • Conduct regular site audits to identify bugs, UX issues, broken links, or inconsistencies, managing fixes through to resolution.
    • Collaborate with external developers and UX designers, managing project briefs, execution, and quality of deliverables.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Operations to align stock availability with online trading needs and minimise out‑of‑stock scenarios.
    • Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns, product storytelling, and seamless customer journeys.
    • Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve site‑related issues and improve customer experience based on feedback and insights.
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Own ecommerce reporting, producing clear performance updates and insights to inform trading decisions and longer‑term strategy.
    • Analyse website data and customer behaviour to recommend improvements across UX, merchandising, and conversion.
    • Stay up to date on ecommerce trends, Shopify developments, and competitor activity, proactively bringing ideas to the team.
About you
  • Proven experience in an ecommerce role, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands.
  • Strong hands‑on experience managing a Shopify store in a trading or management capacity.
  • Commercially driven with a strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data, reporting tools, and Excel.
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Proactive self‑starter with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working cross‑functionally.
  • Passionate about fashion, digital commerce, and building thoughtful, purpose‑led brand experiences.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with day‑to‑day execution.
