Mission & Responsibilities
- Support project management and implementation of Visual Merchandising and Store Design executions in permanent doors, temporary activations and pop‑ups, ensuring timelines are met within budgetary parameters.
- Conduct monthly competitor reviews, analyzing trends and updates from the beauty industry and presenting findings to the team.
- Assist in the implementation of new product launches and permanent animations in‑store, creating customer‑centric retail concepts from creative brief to post‑installation.
- Track and communicate VM element forecasts, tester ordering, purchase orders, maintenance reports and budget control.
- Organise visual and digital updates from brief to execution across the permanent estate with VM Project Managers.
- Support new door openings and site launches, coordinating all elements and teams, and attend physical merchandising days.
- Conduct monthly visits to key doors, collaborating with the Retail Excellence Manager and creating launch VM guidelines and post‑installation reports to achieve retail excellence.
- Brief internal and external designers, manage external suppliers and agencies, reviewing production quality and prototypes.
- Integrate sustainability in VM actions as part of the VM Sustainability Taskforce, supporting global sustainability goals.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally, ensuring VM & Store Design projects are presented and shared with the wider Coty community.
Professional Profile
- Creative, Marketing or Business‑related degree. Graduates in Interior Design, Product Design or Architecture are also desirable.
Technical Skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- 3D design and CAD software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Vectorworks, C4D) highly desirable.
- Creative and conceptualisation skills.
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.
