As a Fragrance Brand Ambassador you will drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences within Boots Meadowhall. You will combine strong selling skills with product knowledge to influence customers, ensuring excellence of execution while bringing fragrance stories to life on the shop floor.
The Role
- Achieve sales targets through effective selling and customer engagement.
- Build strong relationships to influence and convert customers.
- Deliver Coty’s customer service standards in every interaction.
- Drive add-on sales and recommend alternative products.
- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping.
