Responsibilities
The Sales Consultant is responsible for achieving sales targets across the Coty portfolio within a specific store by providing outstanding customer service, executing in-store standards, and building retailer support.
Your focus includes:
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Demonstrating exceptional customer service.
- Working effectively as part of a team.
- Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills to genuinely consult with customers.
- Taking ownership and accountability for your role.
- Maintaining high grooming standards and a passion for beauty.
- Ensuring store standards are met and counters and fixtures are well-maintained.

Our team typically consists of 3-10 Beauty Advisors (BAs) depending on the store, working closely with departments such as VM, PMP, and Sales. Our colleagues are passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated to exceptional customer service.
