Responsibilities
The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for delivering sales targets across the entire Coty portfolio in a specific store by making sure to deliver outstanding customer service, execute in-store excellence and build retailer support.
Your focus:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service.
- Work as part of a team.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to genuinely “consult.”
- Have strong ownership and accountability.
- Be passionate about beauty with exceptional grooming standards.
- Ensure store standards are met and maintenance of all counters and fixtures are managed.
The team consists of 3-10 BAs in-store, and you will work closely with several departments such as VM, PMP and Sales. All your colleagues are strong, passionate people from a diverse background, each bringing something unique to the business. Working in the team, you are surrounded by exceptional knowledge and a passion for customer service.

We love to match their energy and excitement in order to give them a fantastic Coty experience, so we’re as enthusiastic, outgoing and positive with customers at the end of our shift as you were at the beginning.
