KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Brand Teams in executing 360 marketing plans, including media executions, asset production, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand and portfolio performance trends and competitive landscape to strengthen strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Liaise closely with local and global marketing teams, merchandising, e-commerce, and innovation teams.
  • Develop a holistic sampling strategy to support product launches and key consumption periods.
  • Maintain budget files by raising POs and supporting with invoice queries.
  • Manage and distribute new product samples to marketing, sales, and PR teams as required.
  • Oversee file uploads to global sharepoints and manage the asset bible.
  • Develop Point of Sale materials for in-store projects.
  • Support brand marketing budget management, raise POs, resolve supplier invoice queries, and maintain budget trackers.
  • Assist in day-to-day project management needs for key campaign assets (print, TV, PR, digital).
  • Develop ad hoc creative assets for various digital touchpoints (online, e-commerce, social media).
  • Own the development of all branded screen locks for the brand internally.
  • Co-lead the monthly global newsletter with key communications and new campaigns.
  • Manage brand assets and folders for downloading key documents and saving to campaign folders.
  • Be the team expert on the DAM database.
  • Track competitor activity and industry trends, sharing key learnings with internal teams.
  • Present analysis at monthly brand reviews, tracking category, brand, and sub-segment performance.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Proactive attitude and flexible approach.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills; ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships and be a good team player.
  • High level of numeracy, marketing sense, PC skills, maturity, and communication skills.
  • Experience in InDesign / Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Demonstrate a creative flair and passion for brands.
