KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Brand Teams in executing 360 marketing plans including media executions, asset production and post campaign analysis.
- Monitor and evaluate the brand and portfolio performance, trends, and competitive landscape to strengthen the strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Liaising closely with the local and global marketing teams, merchandising, e-com, and innovation team to achieve the above roles and responsibilities.
- Develop a holistic sampling strategy to support product launches and key consumption periods.
- Maintaining budget files by raising PO’s and supporting with invoice queries
- Management and distribution of new product samples to marketing, sales and PR teams as required.
- Oversee file uploads to global sharepoints as well as the asset bible
Point of Sale
- Develop Point of Sale materials for in-store for certain projects.
Budget Management
- Support with the brand marketing budget, raising POs, helping to resolve supplier invoice queries and ensuring all budget trackers are maintained correctly.
Asset Development
- Assist in day-to-day project management needs for key campaign assets (print, TV, PR, digital).
- Assist in the development and creation of “ad hoc” creative assets to be used across the brand’s multiple digital touch points (online, e-com, social media).
- Owns the development of all branded screen locks for the brand internally
- Co-leads monthly global newsletter that goes out to all the markets with key communication and new campaigns
Asset Management
- Manage brand assets and folders for downloading key documents, campaign toolkits, pack shots and saving to campaign folders in the drive. Be the team expert on DAM database.
Competitor Watching
- Track competitor activity and industry trends, sharing key learnings with internal teams.
- Present analysis at monthly brand review, including tracking category, brand and sub- segment performance and defining the underlying performance root causes.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate a pro-active attitude and flexible approach.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships and be a good team player.
- High level of numeracy, marketing sense, PC skills, maturity and communication skills.
- Experience in Indesign/Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Able to demonstrate a creative flair!
- Able to demonstrate a passion for brands
