As Regional Education Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering educational, motivational, and inspirational training both virtually and in‑store across Coty’s Prestige brands. You will act as a brand ambassador for Coty, working closely with Field Sales and Education teams to develop product knowledge, application, and selling skills across Fragrance, Skincare, and Makeup.
THE ROLE
As our Regional Education Ambassador, you play a critical role in elevating service standards, driving productivity, and supporting sales performance across the UK. You will deliver training aligned to Coty’s strategic priorities, inspire retail teams, and ensure education is consistent, relevant, and commercially impactful. You will be reporting to the Area Manager, and you will manage:
- Deliver education & training excellence
- Deliver engaging education virtually and in‑store across Coty Prestige brands
- Develop service, selling, and product expertise to best‑in‑class standards
- Conduct make‑up artistry training, workshops, and masterclasses linking fragrance and skincare
- Support training at peak periods, blockbuster launches, and key events
Support sales & field teams
- Work closely with Sales and Education teams to drive productivity and sales
- Support Area Managers with education to enable them to deliver basic training
- Act as key education support in non‑Coty staffed doors
- Coordinate in‑store and out‑of‑store educational events
Build strong partnerships & brand advocacy
- Build strong relationships with retailers, store teams, and customers
- Ensure teams are digitally and socially driven and up to date
- Stay current on industry and competitor trends, leading by example
- Partner with PR to identify and collaborate with relevant local micro‑influencers
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
- Previous experience within the luxury beauty industry
- Experience delivering effective training or education programmes
- Strong presentation, communication, and motivational skills
- Agile, proactive, and adaptable with strong time‑management skills
- Ability to build effective relationships internally and externally
- Good understanding of retail management and field operations
- Strong IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and digital training platforms
