This is an exciting opportunity to join the Prestige Marketing team, supporting the Brand Manager in developing, implementing and analyzing marketing activity in the UK&I Market. This opportunity offers a great deal of exposure and insight giving valuable experience to work on amazing skincare brands Lancaster and philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Brand Manager in executing 360 marketing plans including day to day brand responsibilities across retailer and marketing campaign activities working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the brand and portfolio performance, to strengthen the strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Track competitor activity and industry trends and be able to share key learnings with internal teams (including promotions, Point of Sale and advertising).
  • Develop a holistic non-saleables (gift with purchase, bags, other marketing materials) and sampling strategy to support product launches, key retailers and year-round activations.
  • Maintaining budget files and trackers by raising PO’s and supporting with invoice queries.
  • Ordering, management and distribution of new product samples to marketing, sales and PR teams as required.
  • Support brand team with preparation for meetings with product displays, room set-up and other necessary marketing materials.
  • Manage brand assets and action any asset requests by being the team expert on DAM and Brand Thinking systems.
  • Manage and track brand activity across in-store, e-com and digital updating marketing calendars regularly.
  • Work closely with the Brand Manager to liaise with the local and global marketing teams, sales team, supply and the external agencies to achieve the above roles and responsibilities.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Degree level qualification.
  • Previous relevant experience.
  • Eligible to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
