Overview
In this role you lead Visual Merchandising and Store Design projects for Coty’s Prestige portfolio across the UK & Ireland, translating global brand vision into locally compelling retail experiences.
You manage end-to-end execution of launches, stand updates and activations, partnering with cross‑functional teams to protect brand equity and drive commercial performance.
The role blends creativity with project management and operational excellence in a fast-paced luxury environment.
You will shape shopper journeys and sustainable VM practices at scale.

Responsibilities
- Lead VM and Store Design projects from brief to installation across UK & Ireland
- Translate global brand vision into locally relevant retail experiences
- Deliver new product launches, stand updates and retailer activations
- Support new door openings and retailer launches with stakeholders
- Develop customer-centric concepts to elevate shopper journey and brand presence
- Manage budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), forecasting, invoicing and PO processes
- Coordinate external agencies and suppliers; oversee production, prototyping and logistics
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure execution standards and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Creative and Global teams on launches
- Brief internal design teams and agencies to optimise timelines and quality
- Provide training for field teams to maintain in-store excellence and brand standards
- Act as a brand ambassador, strengthening Coty’s partnerships with retailers
- Key requirements
- Extensive experience in Visual Merchandising, Store Design or Retail Design
- Experience in beauty, luxury beauty or premium retail environments
- Proven track record managing multiple projects and complex stakeholder networks
- Strong understanding of retail production processes, materials and manufacturing techniques
- Experience managing external suppliers, agencies and retailer relationships
- Confident presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with forecasting, reporting, invoicing and PO management
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Power Point, Excel)
- Adobe Creative Suite experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) is desirable
- Ability to read CAD drawings and manufacturing specifications
- Understanding of 3D design processes and architectural renders
- Excellent attention to detail with solution-oriented mindset
