Join our Luxury Visual Merchandising team and help bring our iconic brands to life across the UK&I retail landscape. As Visual Merchandising Executive, you will deliver best-in-class in-store execution, combining creativity with operational excellence to support campaigns, launches and retail activations across brands such as Kylie, Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein and BOSS.
THE ROLE
As our Visual Merchandising Executive, you play a critical role in delivering high-impact VM execution across multiple luxury brands, ensuring consistency, accuracy and excellence across all retail touchpoints while supporting project delivery, supplier coordination and campaign rollouts in a fast-paced environment.
You will be reporting to the VM Senior Lead, and you will manage:
- VM EXECUTION & RETAIL DELIVERY
- Support the implementation of permanent and temporary VM installations across UK&I retailers
- Ensure flawless execution of product launches and in-store updates across all touchpoints
- Conduct store visits to maintain best-in-class VM standards and coach field teams
- Support new store openings, counter refurbishments and boutique launches
- Manage visual updates and ensure brand consistency across the permanent estate
- PROJECT COORDINATION & OPERATIONS
- Support end-to-end VM project delivery including forecasting, approvals and rollout
- Raise purchase orders, track invoices and manage campaign budgets and timelines
- Maintain trackers, databases and reporting tools with high accuracy
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Support VM forecasting, phasing and post-launch performance tracking
- CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- Brief designers, agencies and suppliers with clear and detailed VM guidelines
- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations and visual documents
- Support planograms, VM guidelines and artwork development
- Build strong relationships with brand teams, retailers and suppliers
- Contribute to competitive analysis and trend awareness in the luxury beauty space
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a detail-driven and creative visual merchandising professional, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are proactive, agile and passionate about delivering outstanding in-store experiences.
- 1–3 years’ experience in visual merchandising, retail, beauty, fashion or FMCG
- Strong attention to detail and visual execution standards
- Excellent PowerPoint and Office skills (Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience with administrative processes (POs, invoicing, reporting)
- Strong communication skills, from high-level presentations to supplier briefings
- Creative mindset with understanding of layout, artwork and visual storytelling
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or graphic design principles (desirable)
