ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Consultant will be responsible for delivering sales targets across the entire Coty portfolio in a specific store by making sure to deliver outstanding customer service, execute in-store excellence and build retailer support.
- Meet and exceed Monthly sales targets with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service.
- Work as part of a team.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to genuinely “consult.”
- Have strong ownership and accountability.

- Ensure store standards are met and maintenance of all counters and fixtures are managed.

The team consists of 3-10 BA’s store dependent, and you will work closely together with several departments such as VM, PMP and Sales. Working in the team, you are not only surrounded by exceptional knowledge but also an unprecedented amount of passion for customer service.
