In this role you drive growth for Coty’s Prestige Beauty across key UK retail partners, shaping commercial strategy and retailer collaborations.

You’ll own planning, negotiations and execution for a portfolio of iconic brands, translating brand goals into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead joint business planning and strategy across a strategic customer portfolio to deliver sustainable growth
  • Manage forecasting, budgeting and performance, including risks and opportunities tracking
  • Oversee promotional planning, investments and profitability for customers
  • Drive execution of launches, activations and annual trading plans with excellence
  • Collaborate with Marketing/Category to deliver brand experiences and retailer campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate growth through distribution, assortment, visibility and promotion
  • Use data and insights to influence retailer decisions and shape commercial plans
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve forecasting and planning
  • Champion consumer-first mindset balancing brand equity with commercial performance

  • Experience in National Account Management or equivalent commercial roles
