As the Digital Marketing Manager at Coty, you will lead the planning, activation, and optimisation of integrated digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. You will work cross‑functionally with Brand Marketing, Commercial, eCommerce, and other teams to develop data‑led, consumer‑central strategies that drive both brand growth and commercial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and activation of digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand, commercial, and business objectives.
  • Deliver best‑in‑class execution across all digital touchpoints.
  • Partner with agencies to ensure seamless campaign rollout and maintain consistency in delivery.
  • Leverage campaign, audience, and market data to inform decisions and identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Monitor performance, maximise ROI, and deliver post‑campaign analysis with actionable insights.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal teams (Brand, Commercial, eCommerce, PR, Influencer, and Sales) and global counterparts.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, media, and platform partners and champion a test‑and‑learn culture, including AI‑driven innovation.
  • Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and technologies to keep campaigns relevant.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, either in‑house or agency.
  • Strong knowledge of social media and the broader digital ecosystem.
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
  • Proven analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Experience working with agencies and cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to translate insights into clear actions and outcomes.
  • Proactive mindset with strong communication skills.
