Overview
Business Manager – Fragrance (Multi-Brand) role at Coty. This role will act as Business Manager across 2 stores: Boots (Bullring) and Boots (High Street) Birmingham. Full time, 37.5 hours a week.
Coty is the global leader in fragrance and number three in color cosmetics. Coty’s products are sold in over 150 countries. Coty is committed to social causes and minimizing its environmental impact.
Responsibilities
- Fairly manage distribution of targets to the team (daily, weekly, monthly) and coach and motivate the team to achieve monthly sales targets in each store
- Generate and execute store business plans for each store
- Be responsible for managing the performance and development of the teams, escalating issues to the AM and managing consultant rotas and leave including sickness
- Build relationships with customers to influence and sell and upsell
- Lead by example as a brand ambassador, protecting the equity for Coty brands and adherence to uniform and grooming guidelines
- Use iPad for email, reporting and VM guidelines

As an experienced Business Manager in beauty retail, you have a deep passion for fragrances and luxury brands and enjoy owning and driving the business as if it were your own. You thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment.

- Have strong experience managing a team within the beauty industry
- Have strong knowledge and experience of the fragrance industry
- Have a strong sales background; capable of working toward and managing targets
- Have the ability to build strong relationships with Store Managers and Area Manager
