RESPONSIBILITIES
The Brand Ambassador\’s main objective is to meet sales targets and uphold Coty’s customer service standards. The role requires a strong sales background, experience in beauty, makeup artistry, and preferably fragrance knowledge.
Your main focus includes:
- Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Representing the brand professionally, adhering to uniform and grooming guidelines
- Staying informed about company and retailer initiatives
- Building strong relationships with the in-store team and retailer staff
- Using iPad for reporting and visual merchandising guidelines
- Engaging with customers to influence, sell, and upsell products

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
Ideal candidates have a passion for makeup, luxury brands, and a strong sales drive. Experience in makeup artistry or skincare is desirable, as is familiarity with luxury beauty brands. You should be able to build strong relationships within retail teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
