Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain company KPIs
Lead by example as a brand ambassador, protecting the equity for COTY brands and adhering to company uniform and grooming guidelines
Be fully aware of all company and retailer initiatives relevant to your account
Build strong working relationships with the COTY in‐store team and develop and maintain relationships with retailer staff and management
Use iPad for email, reporting and visual merchandising guidelines
Build relationships with customers to influence and sell and upsell

All your colleagues are sales focused make‐up artist experts within our Kylie portfolio. Who You Are: A COTY Fit
Have knowledge and experience in makeup artistry; skincare experience would also be desirable
Experience working with luxury beauty brands
Strong sales background; working towards and managing targets
Ability to build strong relationships with in‐store retail teams
