RESPONSIBILITIES
The Brand Ambassador's main objective is to meet sales targets by delivering excellent customer service and brand representation. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, makeup artistry skills, and fragrance knowledge. Your main focus includes:
- Conducting make-up and fragrance consultations to drive sales and loyalty
- Building relationships with customers to influence and upsell
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Upholding brand standards in appearance and behavior
- Collaborating with store teams and management
- Using iPad for reporting and visual merchandising guidelines
