LINE OPERATOR NIGHT SHIFT PATTERN; MONDAY - THURSDAY 22:00-06:00 AND ON FRIDAYS 19:00-01:30 BASIC SALARY PLUS SHIFT ALLOWANCE. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • An Operator works as part of a Production/Manufacturing Team, running production lines and vessels to ensure that the production process is running smoothly, and that all products meet the required safety and quality standards, achieving optimum performance in accordance with business standards, policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Your main focus:
    • Follow all Company Safety Procedures and adhere to all processes, procedures and guidelines in place.
    • Operate production lines/vessels and complete all Product Changeovers/Set ups, following appropriate processes using relevant equipment.
    • Prepare and conduct effective shift handovers to meet business commitments.
    • Ensure that targets and KPI’s are achieved to a high-quality standard whilst maintaining customer demands.
    • Complete required documentation and follow all written work instructions in line with GMP standards.
    • Ensure working and equipment areas are cleaned in a timely manner in accordance with process.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

  • You like to work independently but also as part of a team.
  • You are conscientious and thorough.
  • As an experienced operator, you will feed off the energy you get from working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Other than that, you should have/be:
    • Factory experience desirable, but not essential.
    • Good level of written and spoken English.
    • Available for alternative shift pattern/fixed night shift.
    • Capable of performing manual tasks, using manual handling equipment.
    • Open to a diverse workplace and loves to work in a team.
